Use the right intake path

Copyright complaints should identify exact GitVita URLs, repositories, commits, branches, tags, paths, packages, or release assets.
Abuse, malware, phishing, private information, security vulnerabilities, and trademark concerns are routed separately for specialist review.
GitVita may request more information, deny incomplete notices, partially action notices, or restore content after an eligible counter-notice process.
Submitting this form creates a legal intake case and returns a case ID to the claimant when accepted.
Incomplete notices are rejected with guidance, duplicate submissions are linked to existing cases, and abusive submissions may be aajqed or flagged for review.
This public form never displays private repository contents to the claimant.
