Added image location + reverse geocode lookup for user supplied images (#457)

Now when a user provides an image the system will reverse geocode the
location and attempt to find any nearby POI for image captioning and
memory/entity storing.

Please run **npm run getKeys** to get endpoints for your enlistment.
